What is included in the one-month trial?+
The Safe Trial includes 350 AI replies total for one month with no separate daily cap. Website chat can start immediately, and WhatsApp replies begin after number verification. During the trial there are no broadcasts or marketing campaigns.
Do I need a new phone number?+
No. You can use your existing WhatsApp number. During trial, Tezzap can stay in Safe Mode and reply only to approved test numbers, so normal customer chats are not disturbed before you go live.
Will Tezzap reply to all my existing WhatsApp chats during trial?+
No. Safe Mode is designed for existing numbers. You approve the test numbers Tezzap can reply to first; other WhatsApp chats stay with your normal team process until you choose to go live.
Will Meta charge me during a WhatsApp trial?+
Tezzap does not collect a card for the one-month trial. If you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Meta may ask you to add a payment method and may bill WhatsApp usage directly. For the 350-reply trial limit, Meta usage is usually under Rs 100 because replies stay limited to approved test numbers.

Tezzap is built with DPDP-aware practices. We use managed security controls and do not use your customer data to train any AI model. Data export and deletion are available on verified request, subject to legal retention duties.
