Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of personal data that Tezzap controls. This page explains the available paths.
Option 1 — Self-service (instant)
Enter your email below. We'll send a 6-digit code to verify it's you, then delete Tezzap prospect records tied to that email, including website leads, trial requests, and contact-form records that are not part of a paid tenant account.
We'll email a 6-digit code to verify it's you. After confirming, Tezzap prospect, Safe Trial, and contact-form records tied to this email are deleted within 30 days.
Note: this only deletes data captured via tezzap.com (Concierge widget, Safe Trial, contact form). If you have a paid Tezzap account, also delete it via your dashboard or use Option 2 below.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access your dashboard, email support@tezzap.com from the email address registered with your Tezzap account. Include:
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number (if any)
- The subject line: Data Deletion Request
We will action the request within 7 calendar days and confirm by email once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted after verification
- Self-service deletion removes Tezzap prospect records tied to the verified email.
- Tenant account deletion removes account profile, knowledge-base documents, and tenant conversation records that Tezzap controls.
- Billing and tax records are retained only where legally required, with personal fields minimized where possible.
What is retained and why
- GST invoices: retained for 7 years as mandated by Indian tax law.
- Audit logs: retained in anonymised form for security and compliance purposes.
These retained records cannot be used to personally identify you after deletion.
WhatsApp / Meta data
If your number is provisioned on the WhatsApp Business Platform through Tezzap, deleting your Tezzapaccount will also disconnect the number from our platform. To fully remove the number from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, follow Meta's instructions at facebook.com/business/help.
